Studies in this atlas that have been retracted or withdrawn by their publisher. The atlas keeps these pages reachable with a clear “Retracted” banner so the signal is visible to readers who arrive via bookmark, citation, or cached link. Their findings should not be cited as current evidence.

Source of the retraction flag today: the publisher’s own title prefix (PubMed convention). Automated ingestion from Retraction Watch and Crossref update metadata is a later phase.
