Researchers found that about 0.76-0.77% of people in these countries have ME/CFS—meaning roughly 1 in 130 people. Currently, there are no FDA-approved medications specifically for primary fatigue, so treatment focuses on personalized exercise programs and cognitive behavioral therapy.
